All Peter Reed products are made to order in England.
Standard size items are typically dispatched within 20 working days from order confirmation.
For bespoke items, including embroidery or custom sizes, delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the request, though most bespoke orders are fulfilled within 30 working days.
Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

Duties, taxes & international orders
For deliveries outside the UK, local taxes and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer once the shipment reaches its destination.
For US customers, applicable duties and shipping costs are incorporated into the product pricing, ensuring a clear, all-inclusive checkout experience with no additional charges on delivery.
For EU and Rest of World orders, customers may be contacted by their local customs authority prior to delivery to arrange payment of any applicable duties or taxes.
Delivery process
Due to the nature and value of our goods, all deliveries require a signature on receipt.
We are unable to leave orders unattended.
By placing an order, you authorise us to accept a signature from any person present at the delivery address as confirmation of receipt.
