Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as by placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to them.

These Terms and Conditions of trading apply to all purchases of goods by the customer (you, your) from Peter Reed International Limited (henceforth PRI Ltd or us, we, our).

The domain name www.peterreed.com is operated by PRI Limited.

By using this website, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of any goods made to you by PRI Ltd.

This website and its contents are provided by PRI Ltd without any representation or warranty of any kind in respect of this website and/or its content. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any content on this website or access to this website.

We give no warranty that use of this website, including the placing of orders from outside the UK, complies with any non-UK legislation. Goods, promotions or credit terms not permitted under any such legislation are therefore not offered to users in such territories and not taken up by such users.

Placing an Order

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to PRI Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and PRI Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and such acceptance has been processed and sent to you.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised as soon as your order is placed and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we do not accept any order, we will cancel such authorisation.

Prices quoted on this website exclude VAT, delivery charges and duties. The availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate — please see Delivery and Charges below.

If we are for any reason not able to fulfil your order after acceptance (whether through circumstances within our control or not) but before despatch, we will if practicable propose an alternative fulfilment. If you do not accept our proposed alternative, we shall have the right to cancel your order and refund any payment already made.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch on all standard items by phone or email. If you cancel within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations on orders made specifically for you or on bespoke products (i.e. which have been produced in accordance with your specific requests).

Returns Policy

You are entitled to return goods if they are:
(a) faulty
(b) damaged
(c) non-compliant with the order

(Returnable Goods), within seven days of receipt, subject to compliance with this policy.

Please note all embroidery items are specifically made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returned goods must be unused, complete, in perfect condition (subject to delivery fault), and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or washing.

PRI Ltd does not accept liability for return costs unless the goods are deemed faulty.

If exchanging goods:

Where replacement goods cost less, the difference will be refunded
Where replacement goods cost more, additional payment will be required

All exchanges incur a new delivery charge unless the goods are faulty.

Refunds can only be made to the original card used for purchase. Proof of posting is strongly recommended. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

To arrange a return, please contact info@peterreed.com or call +44 (0) 1282 616069, quoting your order number, name, address, product details and whether you require a refund or replacement. You will be issued an authorisation number and return instructions. Returns must be made within 7 working days from the day after receipt.

Payment Terms

We accept secure online payment by credit card.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) or other selected currencies and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is charged at 20% where applicable and added at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the EU are zero-rated for VAT. Customs duties or import taxes payable in destination countries are the customer’s responsibility.

Consent

Use of this website signifies consent to the collection and use of personal data for order administration, payment processing, fraud prevention and market research. We may use this data for marketing purposes. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this website.

Conformity of Goods

Product descriptions are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding. Colour reproduction may vary depending on device or browser settings.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRI Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or savings.

PRI Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation and is not responsible for third-party websites linked from this site.

Total liability under any contract shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
