By using this website, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of any goods made to you by PRI Ltd.

This website and its contents are provided by PRI Ltd without any representation or warranty of any kind in respect of this website and/or its content. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any content on this website or access to this website.

We give no warranty that use of this website, including the placing of orders from outside the UK, complies with any non-UK legislation. Goods, promotions or credit terms not permitted under any such legislation are therefore not offered to users in such territories and not be taken up by such users.

Placing an Order

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to PRI Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and PRI Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and such acceptance has been processed and sent to you.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised as soon as your order is placed and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we do not accept any order, we will cancel such authorisation.

Prices quoted on this website exclude VAT, delivery charges and duties. The availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see Delivery and Charges below for further information.

If we are not for any reason not able to fulfil your order after acceptance (whether through circumstances within our control or not) but before despatch we will if practicable propose an alternative fulfilment of your order but if you do not accept our proposed alternative, we shall have the right to cancel your order and we will refund any payment already made.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch on all standard items by phone or email. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations on orders that are made specifically for you or on bespoke products (i.e. which have been produced in accordance with your specific requests).

Returns Policy

You are entitled to return goods if they are (a) faulty (b) damaged or (c) non-compliant with the order (e.g. wrong quantity or wrong type of goods) (Returnable Goods) within seven days of receipt subject to compliance with our returns policy set out in this paragraph. Please note all embroidery items are specifically made to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Where Returnable Goods are returned, provided that they are returned in perfect condition (subject to any fault or damage when delivered to you), unused, complete and with the original packaging we shall exchange or provide a refund of the price of the goods at our/your option.

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it appears to us that the goods have been used or washed.

PRI Ltd does not accept liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless in the opinion of PRI Ltd the goods are faulty.

If you are exchanging goods and the new goods you require cost less than the goods you have returned we will refund you the difference. If you are exchanging goods and the new goods you require cost more than the goods you have returned an additional payment to cover the balance will be required.

All goods that are exchanged for new goods will incur a new delivery charge at the then current rate, unless they are deemed faulty by us, in which case no further delivery charges will arise.

Refunds for goods bought can only be made to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. When returning goods you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

If the goods you received are Returnable Goods, please contact us via info@peterreed.com or call us on 01282-616069 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You will then be given an authorization number and advised on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 working days from the day after receipt of the Returnable Goods to return them to us.

Delivery and Charges

Our goods are made to order and as such, we aim to dispatch all standard size items and products within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. For bespoke items such as embroidery or custom sizes, delivery will depend on the complexity of the order, but we would normally expect to deliver within 3 working weeks.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. Once goods are delivered by us to the carrier of the goods responsible for delivery to you we have no control over delivery dates.

On orders placed for delivery outside mainland UK, you will pay delivery charges and any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. For further information relating to international deliveries please refer to the Delivery page on this website. It is your responsibility to arrange any customs clearances required.

Due to the nature and value of our goods we will not leave goods at the customer destination without receiving a signed receipt of acceptance and therefore the customer is advised to ensure that when requesting delivery, there are persons at the delivery address who can sign for the goods. By placing an order with us you are authorising us to accept signatures from persons other than those ordering or paying as proof that the goods have been received.

If you have any questions about delivery options, please contact us.

Payment Terms

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) or other currencies if that option is chosen and are exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. VAT will be added at checkout. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. All payments to be made to Peter Reed International Ltd at the address shown below.
